Saiyan:



Tail:
Every Saiyan warrior is born with a tail. The Saiyans see it as the core reason why they are great warriors. This tail, while having great advantages, has serious disadvantages as well. A weaker Sayian warrior is stunned by the grabbing of his tail. As the warrior goes stronger, however, this weakness is overcome. At any time, an opponent may make a Minute grade attack to attempt to grab or cut off/remove a Saiyans tail. If the Saiyan can use any defense, including Block, this is prevented. If a Saiyan’s tail is cut off, it takes 4 OOC weeks to grow back.
Inherent Technique, all other levels are self-taught once you meet the requirements
Beginner:
Inherent
If an opponent grabs your tail you are stunned for one turn. The opponent may choose to hold your tail for as long as they wish, for you are stunned and cannot move.
Master:
20,000 PL
You are immune from the tail weakness

Oozaru:
This ability is the Saiyan's tail at its finest, causing the Saiyans to undergo a transformation into a large ape-like creature with impeccable strength when gazing at a full moon. A Saiyan who is new to this technique may have trouble controlling the primal tendencies of an ape, although stronger characters seem to have complete control while in this form.

NOTE: Since there must be a full moon, you must ask an admin/moderator if there is a full moon out in an OOC post inside of a battle/spar/quest. A random decision will be made.

Beginner:
Inherent, Must have tail
While in this ape form, your PL is 50% larger and you gain 3 points into Power, Ki, and Defense. You are considered very irate in this form at this level. You can barely control your actions and rage. Most characters in this form cannot distinguish between friend or foe. Because of this, your character tends to thrash about and not attack any target the first turn transformed. On the second turn your character attacks random targets, if not attacked by anyone.
Master:
16 Intelligence, Spend 2 OOC weeks on Planet Vegeta, Must have tail
While in this ape form, your PL is increased by 100% and you gain 5 points into Power, Ki, and Defense. You can act with the consciousness as you do in human form.

Saiyan Spirit:
Any Saiyan who is damaged or killed in battle revives himself as an even stronger being. Saiyans have an inherent ability to increase their power whenever severely damaged, and even more if they are killed. Although this is not a large increase in power, it still offsets the Saiyan race as superior fighters, knowing that no matter what the odds are, the end result will be that a Saiyan will become stronger. When a Saiyan is knocked out, 0 HP, he gains a 1% increase to Power Level, and when he is killed, he gains a 2% increase to Power Level

Super Saiyan:
After a strong emotional breakout, a Saiyan may become what is feared by fighters around the galaxy, a Super Saiyan. The Saiyan's hair stands up on end and becomes a bright gold. His eyes shimmer a shade of sky blue and a golden aura surrounds the character. This transformation is very draining of the character, and can only be maintained when the character has a high proficiency in the technique.
Self-Trained
Beginner:
Fit of emotional rage (Must be approved by an administrator), 500,000 PL, 25 Determination
While in this form, Saiyans gain a boost in power:
+3 Battle Levels
+3 Power
+3 Ki
+3 Speed
+3 Defense
This form may only be maintained for a short while, 3 turns. Once the Saiyan returns from this form, he feels drained and exhausted, and is reduced to 0 KP.
Adept:
700,000 PL, 30 Determination
While in this form, Saiyans gain a boost in power:
+3 Battle Levels
+3 Power
+3 Ki
+3 Speed
+3 Defense
This form may be maintained for a longer while than beginner, 4 turns. Once the Saiyan returns from this form, he feels drained and exhausted, being reduced to 0 KP
Master:
1,500,000 PL, 40 Determination
While in this form, Saiyans gain a boost in power:
+3 Battle Levels
+3 Power
+3 Ki
+3 Speed
+3 Defense
This form may be maintained for as long as the user wants without drain.

Super Saiyan Ascended (Super Saiyan 2):
Heightening your abilities further than a Super Saiyan, and after another strong emotional breakout, a Saiyan ascends past that of the normal Super Saiyan to a level beyond that of any fighter can comprehend. The Saiyan's hair stands up on end, increases in length, and becomes a bright gold. His eyes shimmer a shade of sky blue and a golden aura surrounds the character. This transformation is very draining of the character, and can only be maintained when the character has a high proficiency in the technique.
Self-Trained
Beginner:
Fit of emotional rage (Must be approved by an administrator), Super Saiyan, 10,000,000 PL, 60 Determination
While in this form, Saiyans gain a boost in power:
+4 Battle Levels
+4 Power
+4 Ki
+4 Speed
+4 Defense
This form may only be maintained for a short while, 3 turns. Once the Saiyan returns from this form, he feels drained and exhausted, being reduced to 0 KP.
Master:
Super Saiyan, 20,000,000 PL, 75 Determination
While in this form, Saiyans gain a boost in power:
+4 Battle Levels
+4 Power
+4 Ki
+4 Speed
+4 Defense
This form may be maintained for as long as the user wants without drain.


Android:



Self Repair:
With this technique, an android may repair himself from damage. This is a useful skill any android may make use of. With this an android may also repair another android. This technique can only heal physical damage, and may only be used when the android can be repaired; meaning if its body is nearly destroyed then repair may be out of grasp. Outside of battle, the Android may repair himself. Repairing takes 1 OOC day and replenishes the Androids HP back to 100%. The Android may not make any other actions, such as Training, Fighting, or Sparring, while Repairing

Androidken:
Deep within the Androids circuits, once the Fusion Power Core in upgraded, lies a hidden power that can be accessed at the androids whim. This power can be unlocked in sections, or times, just like the Kaioken or Spiritken. But, unlike the Kaioken and Spiritken, the Android feels no wear on its body and no drain of ki, since it is an upgrade and ki is non existent to Androids. For every 4 times up to a maximum of 20 times (at times 4, 8, 12, 16, and 20), Androidken gives you 1 Power, 1 Speed, and 1 Ki. For each times, Androidken gives the android 25,000 PL.
Learned when Fusion Power Core is purchased

Android Power Core:
This represents the android ability to never run out of ki, no matter what the situation. An android's power core is located in the center of the android, and serves as the power source of ki for the entire android. The core replenishes 10% of the android's Max KP per turn when inside of a battle or spar, and automatically replenishes all of it's KP at the beginning of each day. Because of the Android Power Core, the Android is unable to use Rest both inside and outside of battle.

Human:



Human Intellect:
A human's natural intellect above other races is the main advantage they have to work with. Because of this, humans tend to learn quicker and use time more efficiently than some of the other brute or unintelligent races. Also, humans seem to be able to work with money better because of this intelligence. With this inherent technique, humans naturally learn all other techniques with 20% less requirement, all Job promotion stat requirements are reduced by 10%, gain an extra 50% more Zeni from their job, and gain an additional Attack Point at each 10th Battle Level, (10, 20, 30, 40, etc). All effects from this technique are rounded down.

Namek:



Sai Sei Regeneration:
All nameks, from the time of birth, have the ability to regenerate his or her physical damage, and even limbs destroyed in battle. This ability cannot be performed to regenerate the user's head, since it is the only region needed to use this technique. The more regeneration performed, the longer the Namek must concentrate. This technique does not recover HP, but rather regenerates any physical battle wounds or lost limbs.
Inherent Technique

Namekian Fusion:
By placing a nameks hands on another namek, a form of fusion, much more powerful and less complex than the fusion dance, can be performed. Either namek may know the fusion technique, and this fusion may only take place with 2 namekians. The effects do not last forever, but rather until either namek decides to split apart. While fused, the newly fused namekian’s Power Level and all stats are equal to both participants in the fusion's Power Level and stats added together.

Healing:
Healing powers to a namekian are second nature. Any well trained namekian has the ability to heal another’s wounds or his own wounds, even from near death, completely back to full strength, both mentally and physically. Heals 10+(KI x2) HP, costing 10+KI in Ki Points.

Changeling:



Transformation:
This technique is the Changeling's ability to transform into different forms of power, masking his true power to both any scouters and to the ki sense ability. The Changelings have attacks that only can be used in certain forms of the Changeling, and get more attacks than any other race as they progress with transformations. As he progresses in power, more transformations can be unlocked. The first level of this technique is inherent, while other levels must be trained for.

Transformation 1:
Inherent
The Changeling learns one new attack, Small grade, that only transformation 1 can use. He also gains a 1 Battle Level and 1 to all stats while in this form
Transformation 2:
50,000 PL
The Changeling learns one new attack, Average grade, that only transformation 2 can use. He also gains a 2 Battle Levels and 2 all stats while in this form
Transformation 3:
250,000 PL
The Changeling learns one new attack, Large grade, that only transformation 3 can use. He also gains a 3 Battle Levels and 3 to all stats while in this form
Transformation 4:
1,000,000 PL
The Changeling learns one new attack, Mega grade, that only transformation 4 can use. He also gains a 4 Battle Levels and 4 to all stats while in this form
Transformation 5:
5,000,000 PL
The Changeling learns one new attack, Super grade, that only transformation 5 can use. He also gains a 5 Battle Levels and 5 to all stats while in this form
